4. Booking and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time

7. Driver and Vehicle Standards

• All drivers are licensed, experienced, and background-verified
• Vehicles are regularly maintained and meet safety standards
• All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and communication devices
• Drivers follow all traffic laws and maintain professional conduct
• Emergency contact information is provided for all trips

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Our Liability

• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of incident

8.2 Customer Liability
